Title: Eastern Star Chili (Minnesota)

1 2/3lbCoarse ground chuck
1 1/3cChopped onion
1tbSalt
1/2tbPepper
4cChopped celery, precooked a
22ozTomatoes; chopped
22ozKidney beans
8ozTomato soup
2tbBrown sugar
2 1/2tbChili powder

Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Makes 1 gallon.

Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
